LOREAL PARIS ROUGE SIGNATURE MATTE LIQUID LIPSTICK REVIEW

It's the time of the month that awaits a product review, just for you! I did a poll on Instagram if I should review the Loreal Paris Rouge Signature Matte Liquid Lipstick or not and many of you voted for this product.

That's exactly what we're going to talk about for today's post.

The Loreal Paris Rouge Signature Matte Liquid Lipsticks are priced at SGD 21.90, a lil steep for my liking as lip products from Sephora are merely SGD 10.00 away from this price point. Drugstore like I had mentioned in the review video, the participating brands should re-consider or do something about their high price tags.

My favorite part of the Rouge Signature lipstick product is it's applicator wand that has the advantageous slant to it so that it quickly swipes across the lips especially around the lip corners and crevices.

The texture on the liquid lip is super light and has a hydrating feel on the lips, it feels almost just like water. This is warmly welcomed as my lipstick collection has a densed matte liquid lipstick percentage! It is in fact ultra light on the lips, long lasting comfort on the lips but the color sort of fades away after about the three hour wear mark. Re-application is a breeze, there are no skipping or patchy in it's re-application. Adding on layers do not add weight to the lips which is a bonus.

I picked up two shades from this collection of ten shades. I settled on just two as the rest of the colors from swatching on my inner arm did not quite call out to me and are shades quite similar to the ones, I already own.

The Rouge Signature Liquid Lipstick comes in a sleek frosted tubular packaging and has a click closure that has a unique tear drop shaped wand applicator that delivers one swipe color. The applicator as mentioned has a bent tip that makes covering the lip corners, a breeze.

The liquid lipstick starts fading around, just after three hours but fades nicely like the blotted lip with the darker and bolder lip color that I picked to review. I represent fades nicely, leaving behind a blotted lip look that I don't mind. It looks like I just feasted on a bowl of dark berries, it's a pretty look that looks fine, undone!
