THE MANE THING : SERIES 1

Our crowning glory is so important to us yet we're mostly at least for me, am left clueless with dealing with mine. I gawk endlessly at beautiful romantic hair do's at wedding and other functions and on Pinterest yet I don't know where to begin. Shame shame!

Help is at hand from our very own local Hair Expert Ms Mahalakshmi V Karthigeyan, she will be conducting a workshop called The Mane Thing : Series 1 on the 3rd and 4th of August at the following location;

The importance of this workshop is that it consists of not just a demonstration and theory setting, as it includes a hands-on practice during the span of 90 minutes. Students will work on each other or on a training head at the workshop to have a hands-on feel allowing a more in-depth experience of working with different types of hair and textures.

This workshop is being conducted with a small number of participants in mind as opposed to a wider audience setting in a MasterClass. Mahalakshmi is really keen on having a more intimate setting with maximum practice and interaction with her attendees.

The 90mins workshop covers three hairdos/styles that can accommodate both modern and traditional outfits. Maha ensures that hairstyling is a learnt skill that gets better with practice and there are many techniques and tips to achieving great results and she personally guarantees this.

Maha loves what she does and she is holding this workshop for a purpose, she has graciously opened up seats to few who may not be able to afford herfull workshop fee. She states that she fully understands as she had faced  similar challenges before and she encourages learning hair styling if that's what you would like to learn.
